Lifeline Nexo Gaming was established in 2023 as the esports division of Lifeline Solutions Zambia Limited. Its purpose is to give gamers a credible platform to compete, improve and connect.

The inaugural year featured Apex Legends 1v1, TDM, Battle Royale and randomised solo TDM formats, attracting 64 unique players.
